VAWEB

VaWeb is a web browser named after the endangered vaquita, embodying a commitment to both technological innovation and environmental preservation.

‍Brief This project includes the design of the main web browser alongside three companion apps— Photos, Drawing, and Food —ensuring a seamless and cohesive user experience across all platforms.

‍Ideation The design concept balances raising awareness for the vaquita’s conservation while maintaining a clean, professional, and lightweight application. The goal is to integrate meaningful symbolism without compromising functionality and visual clarity.

‍Solution The design incorporates a deep blue background, evoking the ocean andreinforcing the connection to the vaquita. The browser’s visual identityis both vibrant and distinctive, with smooth curves and organic shapes reflecting fluidity and motion. The companion apps maintain a cohesive structure, using variations of blue, cyan, and yellow, along with consistent design elements to unify the overall aesthetic.
